With the Boker Plus Pocket Rocket, Michael Jarvis has literally rocketed from his base in Reno, Nevada, straight into the tactical EDC cosmos. The self-taught knife maker's journey began down-to-earth in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher and later as a chef, before he finally ascended to the highest spheres of knife astronomy. His company, Auxiliary Manufacturing (AUX MFG), is primarily known for knives that combine reliability, precision, and dedication. The Boker Plus Pocket Rocket also orbits in this sphere as a nimble neck knife for everyday use and a practical backup knife. Its eponymous characteristic is particularly underscored by its compactness and the symmetrical shape of the double-beveled dagger blade made of cosmic D2. Dynamism, versatility, and uncompromising performance characterize this fixed knife with a sturdy full tang, while the sparkling brass rivets, the rear one of which can be used as a lanyard hole, add decorative accents. For tactical moments, the blade has a black stonewash finish made of dark material, which seamlessly connects to the convex G10 handle. Thanks to the noticeable gravity, the Kydex sheath and the matching ball chain for hanging around the neck are always within easy reach of the neck knife.
